Onboarding and enablement
Keep the help available when the training session is over.
Turn repeated CRM questions into practical guidance and assigned steps for the moment a person needs to act.
Start with one processWhat makes the work harder
A person remembers the training but cannot decide which option fits this customer. They interrupt the CRM administrator, search an old document or copy what the previous person did.
Agree on a practical standard
Choose a real decision for one role. Explain the trigger, the expected action, a good example and a common exception. Give the person a chance to practice and review a real case together.
See where the guidance lives
Prepare the guidance in your workspace. Bring it into the team’s daily work through the Chrome extension.
Turn a repeated question into help the team can find.
Organize your criteria and examples in a shared knowledge base. Published guidance is available in the Side Panel when someone needs it.

How to support it with HubCoach
- Write a short knowledge card or guide for the decision the team keeps asking about.
- Make the published help available in the Side Panel; configure contextual help where it is supported.
- Assign a plan with practice and review steps, then use friction reports to improve unclear instructions.
What still needs your team’s judgment
Content access and checked steps do not certify skill or prove sustained behavior. If a person cannot act because of permissions, duplicate entry or an unstable process, resolve that cause first.
What to review in a pilot
Observe the same task in a real case after practice and again later. Review correctness, independence and unresolved friction. Treat these as a team review routine, separate from content activity analytics.
