Onboarding starts from zero
Every new portal requires rebuilding proven properties, lists, and automations.
Copy workflows, properties, lists, emails, and forms between HubSpot portals. Less repetitive work, fewer errors, and a much faster launch.
When an agency or RevOps team manages several portals, repeated configuration becomes an operational bottleneck.
Every new portal requires rebuilding proven properties, lists, and automations.
An incomplete copy leaves broken workflows or references to missing fields.
Expensive specialists copy setup instead of solving revenue problems.
PortalSync turns validated configuration into a reusable asset.
Reuse proven components and shorten time to first value.
See what will be replicated and detect dependencies first.
Create a common base across clients, countries, or business units.
The interface guides the process; no APIs or scripts required.
Authorize source and destination through official HubSpot OAuth.
Select workflows, properties, lists, emails, and forms.
PortalSync validates dependencies and runs the copy with traceability.
The scope comes from real agency and RevOps work.
Replicate automation logic and key references.
Reuse custom fields and data structure.
Copy segments without rebuilding filters.
Move reusable assets between authorized portals.

Reduce manual QA and document each replication.
Yes. PortalSync connects via official HubSpot OAuth 2.0, so it never sees or stores your password. The tool only reads configuration from the source portal and creates assets in the destination portal — your data never leaves HubSpot. On top of that, every operation is logged individually so you know exactly what was created. We use this architecture in our implementations across Chile and Latin America as a HubSpot Platinum Partner.
Yes. PortalSync replicates v3 and v4 workflows with the full logic preserved: actions, if/then branches, enrollment triggers, delays, and property conditions. Instead of rebuilding every workflow by hand click by click, you replicate it into the destination portal in one click. It is one of the tasks that saves HubSpot agencies in Chile and Latin America the most hours.
It depends on the asset. Custom properties, dynamic lists, and forms work on all plans, including the HubSpot Free plan. Marketing emails need Marketing Hub Starter or higher. Workflows need Professional or Enterprise, because HubSpot restricts the workflow API to those tiers. PortalSync respects those HubSpot restrictions automatically.
PortalSync detects it automatically and skips it, avoiding duplicates. The operation log clearly shows what was created, what was skipped, and what failed in each replication. Skipped assets do not consume your plan quota, so you never pay twice for something that was already configured.
A bundle is a named, reusable package that groups any combination of workflows, properties, lists, emails, and forms. Once created, you deploy the full set into a new portal in one click. Agencies in Chile and Latin America use it to save their base onboarding kit and apply it to every new client without rebuilding anything.
Yes. The Free plan includes 2 portals and 10 replications per month, no credit card required. It is ideal for testing PortalSync with a real case before scaling. Paid plans start at 59 USD per month, well below other portal-replication tools that charge over 1,000 USD per month.
A typical agency kit (10-15 workflows, 40+ properties, and several lists) replicates in under 5 minutes. PortalSync orders dependencies automatically, creating required properties first before the lists or workflows that use them, so everything ends up functional with no manual intervention.
PortalSync Pro is an add-on with a Chrome extension that clones what the HubSpot API does not expose: reports, dashboards, sales sequences, email templates, deal and ticket tags, and pipelines. It is the option for teams that need to standardize the entire portal, not just the assets available via API.
Connect two portals and try the workflow with the free plan.
