Why can one person see HubCoach content while another cannot?

Review publication and access in the right order. The answer is almost always in the content’s state or in the person’s portal.

What are the steps?

  1. Confirm both people are in the expected HubCoach organization and have HubCoach enabled.
  2. Check whether the item is published or still a draft.
  3. A personal item belongs to its author. Shared content still follows its configured audience and portal.
  4. For CRM-linked work, check each person’s portal access and permitted record scope.
  5. Moving an article into a shared base does not broaden its own visibility. Review the item itself.

What does it look like in practice?

  • Example

An administrator sees an editable draft, while a representative only sees published guidance available to them.
