What is the difference between saving, testing and publishing in HubCoach?

Know when a change is private preparation and when other people receive it. Mixing up these steps is the most common cause of “my colleague cannot see what I created”.

What are the steps?

Save a draft when the wording or conditions still need work.
Use the available preview and record test to check the intended result. A preview does not update the CRM.
Review audience and portal before publishing a rule or process.
For a standalone published article, saving as a draft withdraws it until it is published again.
An announcement delivery has a separate published version. Saving its configuration draft leaves that version active; use Pause to stop delivery.
