How do I add images, GIFs, videos and expandable details in HubCoach?

Keep the main instruction short and make examples easy to inspect. If an image or a video does not load for a reader, it is almost always the link or its access.

What are the steps?

Use the image control to upload a supported PNG, JPG, WebP or GIF up to 2 MB.
For video, insert a supported YouTube, Vimeo or Loom link, or a direct MP4/WebM video.
Use Insert or type / to add a table, quote, code or expandable block.
Check the preview at the width your reader will use in the Side Panel.
If a remote file does not load, check its link and the reader’s access. Publish after reviewing.
