01 / The problem starts beyond the screen

Does this sound like your week?

01

The meeting is tomorrow. The report still does not reconcile.

Each area brings a different number and someone needs to reconcile them in a spreadsheet.

02

The campaign brings enquiries. The CRM tells a different story.

You cannot follow the whole path from a new contact to the opportunity sales is working.

03

One workflow is fixed. Another issue appears next week.

Isolated corrections leave no shared criteria or owner who keeps the context.

Separate records with a magnifying glass over the missing connection.
The information exists. The issue appears when it follows different paths.
02 / Understand first. Then make changes.

Would another dashboard solve it?

Only if the data behind it is usable. We follow how information enters, changes and moves between systems, then agree on definitions before improving the presentation.

01

Understand your operation

Follow a contact, an opportunity and their data. Agree on priorities, owners and whether initial recovery is needed.

02

Run and improve it together

Deliver monthly sales, marketing and integration work within agreed capacity. Test each change with a real case.

03

Keep the context

Document what changed, validate the result with your counterpart and prioritise what comes next. Each request builds on shared knowledge.

03 / A concrete way of working

What will we do together?

Your operational HubSpot partner: we support sales and marketing, maintain data and resolve integrations. Each month we agree on priorities and deliver improvements with your team. If the foundations need recovery, we scope it first.

8–12 hours monthly

Remote Sales Ops, Marketing Ops and integration capacity.

At least 6 months

Continuity to maintain and improve the operation.

Recovery if needed

An initial phase of up to 2 months, subject to agreed scope.

What can we help with each month?

Three specialties, a shared understanding of your business.

Sales Ops

Help sales know what comes next.

  • Deal stages, owners and follow-up.
  • Reports to review progress, revenue and pending work.
  • Useful views and permissions for each role.

Marketing Ops

Connect campaigns with sales.

  • Forms, lists and qualification rules.
  • Contact sources and handover to sales.
  • Automations and emails with shared criteria.

Integrations

Get the right data to the next system.

  • Connections to ERP, quoting and service tools.
  • Diagnosis of sync issues and duplicate data.
  • Testing and documentation of agreed workflows.

We choose tasks around your priorities and available hours. New integrations are scoped against access, APIs and vendors; some require a separate project.

What stays with your operation

  • Monthly priorities with owners and acceptance criteria.
  • Tested sales, marketing and integration changes.
  • Reports and definitions your team can explain.
  • Change records and guides that preserve context.
04 / From recognising a problem to progress

How will you know we are making progress?

We agree on what your team should be able to do and check it with cases from your operation. You can see what changed and where more work is needed.

Monthly planning, prioritised work and a guide preserving the context of improvements.
Every improvement leaves context for the next month.
The path, made simple

06 / Questions worth asking

What should you know before deciding?

How is this different from buying hours without results?

Hours define capacity. Before starting, we agree on priorities and how to verify each delivery. Each month, your team in Chile or LATAM can review what changed and what remains pending.

Why pay monthly after an implementation?

Your business in Chile or Latin America keeps changing: people, campaigns, processes and integrations evolve. The monthly service adds capacity to maintain and improve agreed workflows.

What do the 8–12 monthly hours include?

Prioritised remote Sales Ops, Marketing Ops and integration work. We agree on execution, coordination and validation time. Work beyond that capacity is rescheduled or scoped separately before starting.

Does this replace an internal hire?

It can complement your team in Chile or LATAM or provide specialised capacity that does not yet justify a full-time role. We compare the actual workload before recommending this model.

Do we need recovery before starting?

Only when foundational problems prevent the operation from working. If HubSpot is working, we start with monthly priorities. If recovery is needed, we scope an initial phase of up to 2 months before the minimum 6-month ongoing engagement.

Can you work with our ERP and quoting tools?

We evaluate access, APIs, data and dependencies with your vendors. The feasibility, cost and scope of each integration are validated before committing to development.

Is your situation different? We need to organise how we work.We need the team to put it into practice.
