Growth as a Service · External capability inside your operation

Growth as a Service in Chile and Latin America: experts inside your operation

Revenue Hub adds senior skills to your B2B operation to solve the obstacles slowing the team down. We work with leaders and operators, connect process, data, and technology, and turn growth priorities into changes that are actually adopted. Growth as a Service can activate RevOps, automation, integrations, or CRM depending on the problem; HubSpot is ideal, but not mandatory.

Limited capacity due to the on-site work in Santiago

What is Growth as a Service in 30 seconds?

01

It is ongoing operational support: not advice that ends with recommendations and not a ticket bundle.

02

It adds senior skills that observe real work, connect teams, and solve alongside your people.

03

It can cover RevOps, HubSpot, integrations, automation, analytics, CRM adoption, and Marketing–Sales coordination.

04

It is organized around one priority and a business metric; the model combines periodic presence and remote execution.

GaaS

What makes Growth as a Service different?

Growth as a Service —or GaaS— is an ongoing relationship centered on obstacles and metrics. The backlog informs priority; it does not define it: we choose what can most improve pipeline, productivity, conversion, or visibility.

On-site work improves the diagnosis. With Sales, Marketing, Operations, and leadership in Santiago, Chile, we see shortcuts, spreadsheets, and friction that video calls hide, then connect them with remote execution.

For teams across Chile, Mexico, Colombia, and Peru, we concentrate on-site work where the operating core sits and coordinate the rest remotely. RevOps is one capability, not the boundary.

We do not hand over tools and hope the team figures out how to use them. We enter the operation, connect the dots, and push progress forward.

Three models, three problems

How is it different from RevOps as a Service and an agency?

All three models can be useful, but they solve different problems. This comparison uses HubSpot Managed Services as the remote benchmark and shows the added capacity GaaS provides.

CharacteristicProject or agencyRemote RevOpsGrowth as a Service
PresenceMilestone meetings.Remote work across backlog and CRM.Periodic presence with the team and execution between sessions.
Unit of workDeliverables and a closed scope.Backlog, tickets, data, and CRM improvements.Bottleneck, metric, and behavior change.
FlexibilityA change usually requires a new quote.Priorities are managed in a monthly backlog.Priorities can change weekly when data requires it.
Expected outcomeA completed implementation or asset.A stable, documented, and better-run portal.A team that executes better and an operation that moves.
How it is scopedDefined deliverable and timeline.Agreed remote capacity.Problem, complexity, cadence, and access to the team.

If the problem is technical and defined, remote support may be enough. If it crosses people, process, data, and decisions, GaaS adds a different level of context, speed, and accountability.

Problems, not tickets

What problems do we solve with your team?

We do not arrive with a generic calendar. We bring a hypothesis, observe the real work, and choose problems that can translate into a better business metric.

Unreliable forecast

Pipeline and sales discipline

We review stages, next steps, and data quality to correct why the forecast misses reality.

Duplicated information

Integrations and automation

We connect CRM, forms, ERP, or WhatsApp and automate routing, alerts, and SLAs without accelerating broken processes.

The team returns to Excel

Real CRM adoption

We observe where the CRM gets in the seller’s way, simplify the process, and help leadership sustain usage.

Leads without attribution

Measurable marketing and decisions

We recommend campaigns, connect capture, and build one scorecard for Marketing, Sales, and leadership. We do not produce content.

What we deliberately do not do

We are not a content agency and do not replace Sales. We recommend, integrate, measure, and push better habits; editorial production and the responsibility to sell remain in your organization.

Monthly cadence

How do we turn one priority into real progress?

The model preserves context, speed, and shared accountability. We do not fill the calendar with meetings that produce no decision or mistake activity for progress.

01

Priority and metric

We agree with an executive sponsor on the cycle’s bottleneck and the signal that will prove progress.

02

2–4 hours on-site

We work inside the organization, observe the process, and solve with the people who make or execute decisions.

03

Remote execution

We configure CRM, integrations, automation, reporting, and documentation without spending on-site time on desk work.

04

Close the loop

We measure, show what changed, and decide whether to deepen, correct, or move capacity to the next obstacle.

Which companies in Chile and LATAM are a good fit?

GaaS works when the operation is active enough that the cost of staying stuck is higher than the cost of adding senior capacity.

There is a strong fit when

  • A sponsor can prioritize and open access to Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
  • The team manages monthly opportunities and needs better conversion, velocity, or visibility.
  • The team can reserve 2–4 weekly hours or a biweekly decision cadence.
  • The company uses HubSpot, another CRM, or is willing to organize the operation.
  • The company values solving the problem even when it crosses RevOps, automation, or adoption.

It is probably not the right time when

  • You need content, social media, or an outsourced sales force.
  • Nobody can make decisions or sustain process changes.
  • You only need a configuration that fits inside a project.
  • There is not enough commercial activity to measure improvement.
Working model

How is the engagement structured?

We first agree on the problem worth solving, the metric that needs to move, and the people who must participate. From there, we combine presence inside the organization with remote technical execution to sustain the change.

Evaluate fit

Each work cycle includes

  • A monthly priority tied to a business metric.
  • On-site work with teams and leaders in Santiago.
  • Remote technical and operational execution.
  • Documentation, scorecard, and decision follow-through.
  • Access to RevOps, CRM, data, automation, and integration capabilities.

As an operating reference, the base model usually runs with 8 remote and 8 on-site hours per month, distributed in 2–4 hour blocks. We do not sell those hours as the outcome: we use them to diagnose, solve, and leave the team operating better. When the challenge requires a different intensity, we adapt the scope to location and complexity.

Frequently asked questions about Growth as a Service

01

What is Growth as a Service?

Growth as a Service combines remote work and on-site presence to unblock growth. It connects strategy, RevOps, CRM, data, automation, and team habits around business metrics.

02

How is the Growth as a Service scope defined?

The scope is defined by the business problem, operating complexity, working cadence, and the people who need to participate. We first confirm there is a priority with enough impact to justify ongoing senior support.

03

How is it different from RevOps as a Service?

RevOps as a Service usually focuses on remote operations, backlog, and CRM. GaaS adds presence, observation, and support for obstacles that cross process, people, data, and decisions.

04

Do we need HubSpot to hire GaaS?

No. HubSpot is ideal because Revenue Hub Latam is a HubSpot Platinum Partner, but Salesforce, another CRM, or a transition away from spreadsheets does not automatically disqualify you.

05

Does Revenue Hub create marketing content within the service?

We do not produce articles, graphics, or social media. We recommend content, connect campaigns, and build attribution so Marketing and Sales can evaluate what creates pipeline.

06

How are the on-site hours used?

They are used in 2–4 hour blocks to observe, decide, and solve with the team. Across Chile and regional operations in Mexico, Colombia, Peru, or Argentina, we concentrate presence at the operating core and execute technical work remotely.

The right tools help. The capacity to apply them changes the outcome.

If your team knows what to do but cannot sustain it, let’s add the skills, context, and momentum needed to turn that priority into real progress.
