What does a HubSpot partner's tier say and what does it not?
Since July 2026, HubSpot's Solutions Partner Program has five tiers: Solutions Partner, Gold, Platinum, Diamond and Elite. Partners move up with points that come from the revenue they sell and manage in HubSpot and, at the highest tiers, from how much of that revenue is kept over time.
The tier speaks to volume and permanence, not to response times, technical quality or documentation. Accreditations give a more specific signal: HubSpot grants them to Platinum partners or above in areas such as CRM implementation, onboarding, custom integrations or data migration, and reviews them every two years.
Where can you compare partners in Chile?
In HubSpot's Solutions Directory, which can be filtered by service, industry and country. Each profile shows the tier, ratings, languages, accreditations, certifications, services and the industries it works in. Reviews can only be left by clients logged in to HubSpot, and partners cannot pay for them.
Use it to build a shortlist, not to decide. Then ask for references in your industry, talk to the people who will handle your account and ask for an example of what they deliver: an inventory, a manual or a weekly closing note.
Which questions should you ask before signing?
The ones that show how the relationship will work when something goes wrong. Ask for them in writing and compare the answers side by side:
- What are the first-response and resolution times, by severity?
- What happens if an integration stops bringing data, and who finds out first?
- Is diagnosing an error included or quoted separately?
- Who owns the code, where does it run and who holds the keys?
- How will I see the hours used and what they were used for?
- Who handles my account, by name, and who replaces them?
Which red flags should you look out for?
Being quoted before the problem is understood, no response times but "best effort", integrations that will run on the provider's servers without the code being handed over, or nobody able to tell you by name who will handle your account.
Also a proposal that promises results that depend on your team, such as everyone using the CRM, or sales figures without explaining how they will be measured. A good partner tells you what they control and what depends on you. In Chile and Latin America, that clarity is worth more than the directory tier.
