1. Service Description

HubSpot Tools is a diagnostic platform developed by Revenue Hub Latam that provides three tools for HubSpot portal administrators: Portal Health Scanner, Lifecycle Intelligence, and Smart Deduplication.

This service is provided to HubSpot users who have administrative access to their portals and the ability to create Private Apps.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your login credentials confidential
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Ensuring you have the authority to connect the HubSpot portal you are analyzing
  • Not sharing your account with unauthorized users

3. API Key Usage and Security

When you provide a HubSpot Private App Access Token:

  • You confirm you are authorized to create and use Private Apps in the connected HubSpot portal
  • You understand the token grants read access to your CRM data for diagnostic purposes
  • You are responsible for revoking the token if you suspect it has been compromised
  • You acknowledge that merge operations performed through this tool are permanent and irreversible in HubSpot

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service to analyze HubSpot portals you do not have authorization to access
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the service
  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Share access credentials with unauthorized third parties

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

This service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Revenue Hub Latam does not guarantee that the diagnostic results are complete, accurate, or suitable for any particular purpose. You use the service at your own risk.

In particular, the Smart Deduplication tool performs permanent merge operations in HubSpot. Always review suggested pairs carefully before confirming a merge.

6. Limitation of Liability

Revenue Hub Latam shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this service, including but not limited to data loss resulting from merge operations.
