Overview

Revenue Hub Latam operates HubSpot Tools at revenuehub.cloud. This policy explains what data we handle and how we protect it.

The short version: we access your HubSpot data to run the diagnostics you request. We do not store it, sell it, or share it with anyone.

Data We Access

  • HubSpot contact, company, and deal properties (for audit analysis)
  • HubSpot portal account information (portal ID, timezone, user count)
  • Lifecycle stage data and deal pipeline configuration

We access this data in real time when you run a diagnostic. We do not store your HubSpot CRM data in our systems.

API Key Security

  • Your HubSpot Private App token is encrypted with AES-256 before being stored in our database
  • Tokens are never logged, never transmitted to third parties, and never visible in plain text
  • The encryption key is stored as an environment variable, separate from the database
  • You can revoke your token at any time in HubSpot settings

What We Store

  • Your username and hashed password (bcrypt)
  • Your encrypted HubSpot API token
  • Your portal ID and portal name (to show in the UI)
  • Usage logs: which tool you ran and when (no CRM data)

What We Do Not Store

  • Your HubSpot contacts, companies, or deals
  • Property values or CRM field data
  • Any personally identifiable information from your HubSpot portal

All diagnostic results are computed in real time and returned to your browser. We do not cache or persist your CRM data.

Data Retention and Deletion

Your account data (username, encrypted token, usage logs) is retained as long as your account is active. To delete your account and all associated data, contact us at the email below.
